I am a lifelong Memphian by choice and a graduate of the University of Memphis with a degree in Real Estate and City Planning. I entered the real estate business while in college at U of M in 1987 and began selling commercial real estate for Crye-Leike Commercial Division until later moving to Garland Company after my cousin formed the company. In 1997 we moved our office to Downtown and I began selling buildings and land to developers for the rebirth of the Downtown residential home and condo market as well as leasing and sales for commercial development. In 1997 I decided to add residential sales to my business and have been selling commercial and residential real estate both since then. I have been involved with the sales of many condo developments, condo conversions as well as single family and townhome subdivisions in the Downtown area and also in Midtown.


My wife, Paige and I, are Downtown stakeholders and own Rachels Salon and Day Spa at 10 N Main Street at the corner of N Main and Court Square. Paige runs that business on a daily basis and you can find her there on any day the Salon is open and some days when its closed!
